Update the app

Weighbridge checks for new versions when it starts and updates only when you say so.

#Automatic check

Each time Weighbridge starts, it checks for a new version. If there is one, it asks:

  1. Download it now? Choose Yes to download. You can keep working while it downloads; a progress bar shows how far it is.
  2. When the download is complete, the app asks to restart. Choose Restart now, or Later. If you pick Later, the update installs automatically the next time you close the app.

Your data is never touched by an update.

Tip

Update at a quiet time, such as the start of the day or after the last vehicle, and take a backup first.

#Check yourself

Open Administration → About and press Check for updates. The same prompts follow. This only works in the installed Weighbridge app, not in a browser tab.
