License renewal and expiry notices
How to see your license status, what the expiry notice means, and how to renew.
#Check your license
Open Administration → License.
| Row | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Status | Active means everything is fine. |
| Licensed to | The business the license was issued to. |
| Expires | The date, with the number of days left. |
| Last verified | The last time this computer checked in with the license server. |
| This computer's ID | A unique ID for this computer. Quote it if you contact Mochan Labs about the license. |
Press Check now to check immediately. The same details, with the Valid until date, are also under About.
#Expiry notice
In the last 30 days before expiry, a notice appears every time someone signs in and again in About, telling you the date. It does not stop anyone working. It is a reminder to renew.
#Renew
- Contact Mochan Labs (support) and renew the license.
- Press Check now on the License page. The new expiry date appears. There's nothing to reinstall and no key to type again.
If a license expires and isn't renewed, the app returns to the activation screen until it is.
#No internet?
The app keeps working for the grace period on your license (normally 7 days) without checking in. Connect the computer to the internet within that time.
