#How a vehicle moves through Weighbridge

  1. Token (first weight). The vehicle arrives on the platform and its first weight is recorded.
  2. Token exit (second weight). The vehicle comes back across the scale. If it is heavier than on entry it is a sale; if it is lighter it is a purchase.
  3. Billing. Complete the sale or purchase: party, rate, GST, charges. Weights always come from the scale; billing is the part you fill in.
  4. Receipt. Print the weight slip and tax invoice.
  5. Sync. Sales and purchases are posted to Tally and sent to the government portal automatically, and retried if either is offline.

This guide matches Weighbridge 0.2.x. Screenshots use demo data. Screens you can't see are hidden by your role. Ask your administrator if something you need is missing.
