Sign in and change your password

First login, your own password, and what happens after wrong attempts.

#First login

A new installation has one user, the administrator:

Weighbridge forces you to choose a new password straight away. The default only works once.

#Change your password any time

Click your name at the top right, then Change Password. Enter the current password and a new one (at least 6 characters).

#Stay signed in

You stay signed in until you choose Logout from the same menu. Close the app and reopen it and you are still in. If an administrator locks or deletes your account, you are signed out within seconds.

#Locked out?

• 5 wrong passwords in a row lock the account. An administrator unlocks it from Users (the padlock icon).
• Forgot a password? An administrator resets it from the same page (the key icon). You will be asked to set a new one at your next sign-in.
