Reports

Daily log, sale and purchase registers, and how to export them to Excel or PDF.

Open the Reports menu. Every report has an Export button (Excel or PDF) and a date range or date picker. If a report looks empty, widen the dates first.

#Daily Log

Everything that happened on one day. Choose a Date, then switch between two tabs:

  • Weighment Log: each completed weighing with direction (Inward/Outward), time, vehicle, material, party, Gross, Tare and Net.
  • Token Log: every token, including ones still open.

#Sale Reports

Choose From, To and optionally a Party. Tabs: Sale List, Product Wise, User Wise and Kaanta Charges.

Invoice, date, vehicle, material, party, weights and amount.

#Purchase Reports

Choose From and To. Tabs: Purchase List, Summary, Gate Wise, Division Wise, Vehicle Wise, Balance Report and Vehicle Summary. The list shows net weight, amount, GST, net amount, gate, division, owner and PAN, with a Total Net Amt.

#Other reports

Report What it shows
Client List Your parties and their details.
Vehicle History Every weighing for one vehicle.
Audit Log Who did what and when: sign-ins, changes and manual-weight overrides.
MDTSS Sync Status See Sync status.
Tip

Export before you change a master record you want to compare, for example parties or rates.
